We've created a series of short screencasts (animated walk-throughs like the menu example above) and screenshots that give you a good feel for the PortfolioMaker user-interface and show how simple it is to use.

Users login to PortfolioMaker with their own unique username and password. Login	When users login they are taken to the welcome area. Welcome Area	A summary is displayed in the welcome area - this can be customised to suit your requirements. Customised Welcome	There is a simple to use main menu across the top of the screen. It's simple to add news users to the system. Don't worry if you don't want to add your users individually - they can be imported in bulk. Adding New Users	Managing existing users is quick and easy using this simple interface. It also has an intuitive search tool to help you find and edit users. Managing Existing Users	User privileges can be set to permit or restrict certain actions. The system automatically suggests privileges for certain usertypes - teachers and students for example. User Privileges	When creating content users can choose from a range of templates. These are just starting points and are completely editable. Webpage Templates
Organisations can use their own custom templates. These can be used as layout guides, page hints, forms, writing frameworks etc. Custom Templates	Webpage can be created quickly and easily using the WYSIWYG editor. WYSIWYG Webpage Editor	The WYSIWYG webpage editor allows for full control over font and page styling. Users can easily edit font colours, sizes etc - aswell as add page backgrounds colours and images. Font and Page Styling	Users can easily upload or link to images on their webpage. Adding Images
Users can easily create tables in their webpages. Creating Tables	Users can easily upload files and link them in a webpage. Adding Links to Files	Help is integrated into the WYSIWYG editor to explain the functions of the toolbar icons etc Intergrated Help	A spellcheck utility can be included in the WYSIWYG webpage editor. Users can copy and paste content directly from other Office applications - the screenshot shows content being copied and pasted from MS Word. Paste from Office Apps.	Users can view a live preview of that the finished webpage will look like when published. (It is WYSIWYG so it's normally the same as what you see in the editor) Live Preview
